ABOUT 3PV CONSULTING
The Power of Three
In a world where change is the only constant, organizations need to be able to adapt quickly and effectively. That's the role of 3PV Consulting. Three Points of View, or 3PV, Consulting is a family-owned management consulting firm that brings three unique perspectives - higher education, corporate relations, and international development - in service to workplace and community engagement.
It all started the summer of 2020, while the world was grappling with a global pandemic and racial reckoning. Dr, Jenice L. View saw an opportunity for her and her daughters, Ava and Leah, to leverage their unique experiences as education professionals to provide organizations with the tools to adapt during changing times. The name Three Points of View, or 3PV Consulting, is a nod to Dr. View’s last name and also highlights the fact that Jenice, Ava, and Leah all bring three different viewpoints to the table.
Jenice, a retired professor, brings her 40 years of community-focused professional expertise, including 15 years in higher education to the firm. She understands the unique challenges that communities, colleges, universities, and K12 classrooms face, and is passionate about helping them achieve their goals.
Ava, a business education professional, brings close to 20 years of education and private sector experience to the firm. She understands the needs of businesses of all sizes, and is skilled at building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Leah, an international relations expert, brings close to 20 years of global experience to the firm. She understands the challenges and opportunities of working in different countries and across different cultures, and uses this experience to navigate complex cultural environments.
These three perspectives give 3PV a unique advantage in the consulting industry. We have a shared passion for helping organizations create more inclusive and equitable workplaces and a shared belief that diversity of thought and experience is essential to solving complex problems and achieving sustainable success. We help organizations see the world from different angles and identify opportunities that others might miss. We also help organizations overcome challenges that are specific to their industry or region.
Since inception, 3PV Consulting has created programs and standards centered around diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility for over 1,500 schools, 200,000 patrons, 16 districts, six states, and 70,000 organizational staff and leadership. Our consultants bring over 60 years of experience guiding organizations across 7 countries and 12 states, plus the District of Columbia, as they build their muscles for sustainable systems change through a diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility lens. One of our founding partners is also a qualified administrator for the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), the premier cross-culturally valid assessment for building cultural competence within organizations.
With our unique combination of perspectives and experiences, the consultants of 3PV Consulting are well-equipped to help organizations of all sizes navigate the challenges and opportunities of the global landscape equitably.
